lola isn't well-read on oscar wilde. maybe sugar isn't either. the second half of that quote is "i'm always satisfied by the best"

gee sugar how come your mom let's you have two moms

in all seriousness: would it be fair to say sugar struggles with internalized homophobia? or like...feels a lot of pressure to be The Bestâ„¢ because people are going to be judgmental about her parents?

sugar has said that if it's too quiet, she ends up talking a lot to fill the silence ... im fond of the way i think lolas been subtly prompting sugar to tell her more about herself. compared to sugar less subtly doing the reverse

I never really recognized the spinny rainbow thing in Lola's thought bubble until I used a Mac at school, I'm assuming that's what you use to put this out? Amazing comic btw, can't get enough.

i don't, actually! i use a tiny old probook running windows 10.
i used to own a mac desktop for about 6 years; i wasn't a fan of needing to partition the os to run almost any art program.
the beach ball of death was iconic to me, though!
