was rereading the comic and got back to here and realized something. since the weed is in a pill-like container, it must be from a dispensary, and i can totally imagine sugar going thru the effort to see a specialized weed doctor to get a certificate, and get a medical card, and then go to a dispensary to get it. (i did that lol)
