I will always love how expressive and natural things look in your comic. Hand movements do add a lot.
One specific one that sounds so simple when I say it is the last panel where Sugar brushes the hair outta her face. I don't know why that stands out to me, but I love it

Panels 6-8 kinda confuse me. It kinda seems like sugar wanted more (I'm assuming juice?) but lola kinda just said "nah we're good" after angrily looking at sugar & sugar seems upset by it but then brushes it off? panels 13-15 are my fav tho, just bc of those cute bottom angry eyes!

if you read the comments of another part of this scene, you'll see i pointed out a variety of visual cues that what lola was drinking was alcohol, in one of my comments (i am too tired to type them up again).
the waitress is asking lola specifically if she wants another drink, not both of them, 'cuz lola's drink was alcoholic and sugar's drink is still pretty full.
lola looks at sugar, who's nodding at her like "go ahead, get shitfaced at 9 am! why not?" she is a little suspicious, and decides not to. sugar brushes it off because it would be really weird to get actually genuinely upset about your girlfriend not wanting to get more drunk.

OH!! OKAY!!! Yeah I read later on that it was alcohol & thought it'd be annoying to reply to myself to fix it. This makes so much more sense, thank you! For some reason I thought sugar's upset face was like me when I'm at restaurants where i want something but am too afraid to ask so i ask someone else to get it but then they forget lmao thank you so much again for explaining that to me!!

thank you. i looked back on the page and realized the expression change was pretty sudden; i was still working on learning how to pace a comic at the time. but yes, sugar's frown was mostly because she was perceptive enough to know lola seemed to pass on seconds solely to be contrary.
